Friday morning I woke up and saw the Christmas specials email from Trulieve and knew I had to roll out of bed ASAP. I didn’t have a clear idea of what I wanted like I usually do, but Uriel Z. took the time to show me all my options. He walked back and forth several times for me because I was indecisive, he took his time looking up the terps and he took the time to check the rosins for ones that looked pretty and unmelted. He was the perfect budtender. I’m very thankful for the insight he gave me but more thankful for his patience. Thank you Uriel!

Was my favorite location, but lately they don’t care about their patrons. I checked the wait time before heading out of my house. It said 5 minutes, so I waited to check in until I was about 10 minutes away (if you check in and you’re not here when they call you then you have to start the line all over). Still said 5 minutes.. then I got here and was told 6 people were in front of me. I asked if they could update the wait time online and this person tells me he can’t. You guys need to do better. You’re the closest branch to me, but if it’s like that going forward I rather go to Fort Lauderdale or Hollywood

If you cherish your time dont come here. We set up express pickup at 7am and got confirmation of the order being ready. We spent at least 30 minutes in the lobby waiting to pick up an order. And were still waiting. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME DONT COME HERE

Absolutely slow at Miami Gardens Trulieve. I am typing this in the lobby, it is 3 pm currently and I have been waiting an hour for one pod that I ordered for pickup right when the store opened in the morning. Usually they are supposed to text me that my order is ready for express pick up, instead I am waiting an hour for a simple 50 dollar purchase for a gram. Totally not convenient. Only convenience is the fact that it is 10 minutes from where I live. Please fix this problem Trulieve Miami Gardens. Two stars because the staff is extremely nice and so is the manager. Just please fix the express system it’s been like this for months now.

Don’t get scammed by they’re new patient discounts , it’s only on trulieve brand , which the flower is garbage, not any top shelf product. But the website says 60% off first time, 50 the 2nd and 40, the 3rd They sell carts for 25.00 , but the first time discounts they charge you full price which is 70.00 then take 50% off , so new users pay 35.00 instead of 25.00. They don’t care because they figure they have plenty of customers. Try MUV or THE FLOWERY in south Florida, they don’t scam there customers.
